Project overview

Flowenti Technologies is a software platform developed in Rome that helps businesses organize, digitize and automate their work processes simply, without technical expertise. The project, funded under the public call «SME Internationalization Voucher 2026», supports Flowenti Technologies S.r.l. in its first structured expansion into international markets.

The chosen approach is direct participation in international B2B trade fairs and conferences: meeting an international audience of prospective customers, resellers and technology partners in person is the most effective way for a small business to turn a product created in Italy into a competitive European and international solution.

Project objectives

• Raise awareness of the platform abroad by presenting it to a qualified international audience at industry trade fairs and conferences.
• Generate new business contacts — prospective customers, resellers and technology partners — in foreign markets.
• Validate the product positioning by gathering direct feedback from international industry professionals.
• Build a network of relationships to support structured expansion into new markets in the following months.

• Participation in international B2B trade fairs with a dedicated exhibition space.
• Preparation of multilingual promotional and presentation materials.
• Networking activities and meetings with international professionals and prospective customers.

Expected results

• Increased international visibility for the Flowenti Technologies brand and platform.
